So on the 0 TPM column I will input-100 from 3k to 11.5k?

Yup, -100 from 3k or 3.5k to redline in the 0% throttle column.

The popping from modified bikes is usually due to an overly lean condition on deceleration. It is my understanding that is to increase the exhaust temps and cook off some of the crap sitting in the cat. I could be wrong on that though however several sources have all told me its a lean condition and not no fuel or rich (Hub and I debated that a few years ago and he suggested I test by hitting the kill switch during deceleration).

As for wildlife and popping, I'm personally always concerned that the poor animals will get spooked and jump onto the road instead of running away from the sound like you'd think. I've seen my share of big horned sheep that don't seem to be bothered by loud sounds either so who knows.
